These meditation sessions are designed for you to explore mindfulness and for you to discover practical ways to implement mindfulness in the everyday life for presence, self-expression, stress reduction, stress management and embodiment.
Each session is designed to combine the neurobiological basis of mindfulness, the calming aspects of meditation for greater awareness, freedom, consciousness, self-expression, increased energy and overall balance of mind and body. The format of the session allows participants to learn, sit and inquire.

As someone who struggled with anxiety and depression for 10+ years and frequently found my days interrupted by the debilitating nature of mental health challenges, I understand what it feels like to live without peace of mind or ease in the body. My healing journey has gifted me a robust and intimate understanding of the power of mindfulness and the real life affect of presence. The impact of a daily mindfulness practice is infinite— with application to all aspects of our human experience.
These 1:1 sessions are custom designed for the practitioner who wants to deepen their practice with presence in an individualized capacity to better integrate the wisdom of mindfulness in their every-day life. Each session will combine the neurobiological basis of mindfulness, the calming aspects of meditation for greater awareness, freedom, consciousness, self-expression, increased energy, emotional regulation and overall balance of mind and body. These sessions are equal parts beauty embodied, somatic in nature and grounded in science.
