My creative process is my journey to self realization. It is the bridge that embodies my vision to reality. We all deserve the space to explore our authentic selves and our self expression.
Dance-making is my personal favorite medium. It is the thread that ties all of my life’s challenges, experiences, feelings, ideas, inquiry, investigations and dreams cohesively.
I love creating site-specific work in order to contextualize contextualize myself first as a human, then as an artist in a space— it feels important and interesting to explore being the subject matter in my own work so that I might be better able to understand myself. And, perhaps, learn something more about humanity in the creative process.
